Autopubly is self-service subscription software for creators and businesses managing their own websites and publishing destinations. Customers configure campaigns, generate AI-assisted drafts and media, review content, and schedule publication to their own connected accounts. It is not a managed marketing agency, marketplace, advertising-placement service, or sale of followers and traffic.

Subscriptions provide software access with plan-specific usage limits. Monthly or annual billing intervals are distinct from weekly generation allowances. Customers remain responsible for rights, accuracy, and publication decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or provider approval.

1. Use a private, time-limited review account supplied through the reviewer contact; no public credentials are posted.
2. Open Sites and inspect the per-site WordPress, direct Pinterest connection, Board, timezone, and posting-window controls.
3. Inspect campaign settings and distinguish WordPress publication settings from the individual Pinterest approval step.
4. Open the Pinterest workflow and preview or edit one specific Pin draft. The Approve & Schedule action belongs only to that Pin and reserves its release in the production calendar.
5. Verify that connecting an account or preparing multiple drafts never approves a Pin. Inspect the daily limit and publication status; a draft or scheduled item is not a published Pin.
6. Inspect connection status, failure handling, account subscription controls, and the public privacy/deletion routes.

The review recording begins in the hosted Autopubly dashboard. The owner-only Pinterest sandbox panel in Sites runs the real Pinterest OAuth consent flow, reads the authorized account and its sandbox Boards, prepares a Pin from an article in that workspace, and requires individual approval of the exact image, title, description, link and Board. The application then calls Pinterest's sandbox API, shows the creation response and Pin identifier, reads that same Pin back, and opens the result on Pinterest.

This is a clearly labelled test mode inside the hosted application, not public production publishing or a completed production scheduler test. It uses the existing Pinterest API client with a separate sandbox connection and does not replace the customer's production connection or change their calendar. The test image's AI-assisted status is disclosed to Pinterest. Test credentials and responses remain in expiring process memory rather than the database.

The narrated video may shorten idle waits; a continuous capture is retained separately. A mock screen, static prototype, manually creating a Pin through Pinterest's website, or showing an unrelated previously published Pin would not prove the direct API action. The recording shows the real API creation and its matching result.
