Clear rules for controlled publishing.

By creating or activating an account or using Autopubly, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement where you live. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

Autopubly provides an isolated workspace for editorial generation, media preparation, WordPress scheduling, usage controls, and optional social scheduling. The current Pinterest publishing route uses Metricool; a direct Pinterest API integration is planned but is not represented as production functionality until separately approved and enabled.

Features may change to preserve provider compliance, safety, security, or service reliability.

You retain control and responsibility for your sites, connected accounts, Boards, source material, generated drafts, claims, destinations, and publication decisions. You must review accuracy, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance before scheduling. Connecting a provider does not by itself authorize unattended publication.

You may not use Autopubly for spam, deceptive engagement, impersonation, malware, credential collection, evading provider limits, scraping, artificial engagement, unlawful discrimination, infringement, or content that violates applicable law or a connected provider’s rules. You may connect only accounts and sites you are authorized to manage.

The service may pause, reject, or limit work that creates security, legal, platform, billing, or operational risk.

The checkout page identifies the plan, billing interval, renewal, discount, taxes where applicable, and final amount before payment. Weekly generation allowances are usage limits rather than separate weekly charges. Unused allowance does not roll over unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.

Cancellation normally stops future renewal at the end of the paid period. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

You retain rights you already hold in submitted and generated content, subject to any provider terms. You grant Autopubly the limited permission necessary to process, store, transform, and transmit content to perform your requested workflow. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every publication.

Provider approval, APIs, algorithms, account standing, outages, and policy decisions are outside Autopubly’s control. Autopubly does not guarantee traffic, views, ranking, approval, revenue, or uninterrupted publication. Scheduled work may be held when a connection, safety check, quota, or provider is unavailable.

Keep credentials confidential, use a unique password, and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account until the issue is reported. Autopubly may revoke sessions, require reauthentication, or temporarily restrict access to protect customers and the service.

Access may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, material security risk, legal requirements, or repeated provider-policy violations. You may request account deletion using the published process. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, dispute, and lawful-record obligations—continue to apply.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated at checkout or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

Subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer, the governing jurisdiction is Morocco.
