Clear rules for controlled publishing.

By creating or activating an account or using Autopubly, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement where you live. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

Autopubly provides an isolated workspace for editorial generation, media preparation, WordPress scheduling, usage controls, and optional Pinterest scheduling through Pinterest’s official OAuth and API. Each customer authorizes their own account, selects their own Board, and approves publishing actions. Legacy workspaces may retain a separately configured previous social provider route.

Features may change to preserve provider compliance, safety, security, or service reliability.

You retain control and responsibility for your sites, connected accounts, Boards, source material, generated drafts, claims, destinations, and publication decisions. You must review accuracy, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance before scheduling. Connecting a provider does not by itself authorize unattended publication.

You may not use Autopubly for spam, deceptive engagement, impersonation, malware, credential collection, evading provider limits, scraping, artificial engagement, unlawful discrimination, infringement, or content that violates applicable law or a connected provider’s rules. You may connect only accounts and sites you are authorized to manage.

The service may pause, reject, or limit work that creates security, legal, platform, billing, or operational risk.

A subscription buys access to self-service publishing software and the usage allowance shown for the selected plan. It does not purchase managed marketing services, advertising placements, followers, traffic, or a guaranteed business outcome. AI-generated drafts require your review and are not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

The checkout page identifies the plan, billing interval, renewal, discount, taxes where applicable, and final amount before payment. Weekly generation allowances are usage limits rather than separate weekly charges. Unused allowance does not roll over unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. Creating a free account does not itself start a paid subscription.

Use Account → Subscription in your dashboard to manage an active subscription. If the billing control is unavailable, contact autopubly@gmail.com for assistance. Cancellation normally stops future renewal at the end of the paid period; it is different from a refund request.

To request a refund or report a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge, email autopubly@gmail.com with your account email, receipt or transaction reference, payment date, and reason. Never send full card details or passwords. Refund eligibility is assessed against the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Any additional refund offer must be stated before purchase. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

If checkout is unavailable, no purchase can be completed through that checkout. Provider names describe integrations, not an endorsement or a promise that a particular payment method is available.

For a first monthly or annual subscription payment made on or after September 8, 2026, we offer a full refund if you request it within seven days of that payment and no articles have been successfully generated under that paid subscription before your request. Stop any active campaigns before requesting a refund. We verify the payment and generation history; a failed generation attempt alone does not count as a generated article.

This voluntary offer applies to the first subscription payment only, not renewals. Deleting a generated article does not restore eligibility. Email autopubly@gmail.com from your account email with your receipt reference and refund request. Support reviews the request manually and confirms the outcome; this is not an instant-refund button. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment provider, with arrival time depending on that provider and your bank.

Cancellation and refund are separate actions: cancel renewal in Account → Subscription, or ask support to assist. Refunding subscription access may end the associated paid entitlement. This offer does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or otherwise legally refundable payments. Earlier purchases retain the terms applicable when purchased.

You retain rights you already hold in submitted and generated content, subject to any provider terms. You grant Autopubly the limited permission necessary to process, store, transform, and transmit content to perform your requested workflow. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every publication.

Provider approval, APIs, algorithms, account standing, outages, and policy decisions are outside Autopubly’s control. Autopubly does not guarantee traffic, views, ranking, approval, revenue, or uninterrupted publication. Scheduled work may be held when a connection, safety check, quota, or provider is unavailable.

Keep credentials confidential, use a unique password, and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account until the issue is reported. Autopubly may revoke sessions, require reauthentication, or temporarily restrict access to protect customers and the service.

Access may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, material security risk, legal requirements, or repeated provider-policy violations. You may request account deletion using the published process. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual-property, dispute, and lawful-record obligations—continue to apply.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated at checkout or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

Subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer, the governing jurisdiction is Morocco.

Connect only a website you own or are authorized to administer. You authorize Autopubly to use the separate WordPress Application Password for the publishing actions you request, subject to your WordPress user’s permissions. Connecting alone does not authorize theme replacement, deletion of existing content or unrelated administration. Compatibility depends on your host, WordPress configuration, permissions and plugins. Revoke the Application Password in WordPress when access is no longer needed. Autopubly does not claim endorsement or guaranteed approval by WordPress.org or Automattic.

Theme installation and live activation are separate customer-requested actions. The connector requires a supported, self-hosted WordPress installation and administrator permissions. Themes are native adaptations and may differ from demo designs. Existing content is not intentionally deleted, but menus, widgets, custom CSS and page-builder layouts may need adjustment. Keep a full website backup before switching. Restoring the previous theme changes the active theme; it is not a full restoration of your files, database or third-party configuration. Compatibility with every host, plugin or customization is not guaranteed. The theme and connector packages carry their included GPL license.
