Choose the channel that matches the issue. Never include passwords, provider tokens, application passwords, payment-card numbers, or private keys in a support message.
01Account and product
Email support@autopubly.com for sign-in, activation, subscription, WordPress, Metricool, schedule, queue, or failure questions. Include the account email, affected site name, approximate time, and visible error—but no secrets.
02Privacy and deletion
Use the Privacy Request Center or email privacy@autopubly.com from the account email. Requests are verified before account or connection records are disclosed, changed, or deleted.
03Security reports
Privately report suspected security issues to support@autopubly.com with the affected page, reproduction steps, and likely impact. Do not access another customer’s information, disrupt service, run denial-of-service tests, or publish credentials while the issue is being reviewed.
04Provider incidents
If a connection or publication fails, preserve the visible failure message and time. Autopubly can investigate its own request and queue records, but provider account restrictions, review decisions, and service outages must ultimately be resolved by the provider that controls them.
05App review contact
Provider reviewers may use the product-support address to request a time-limited review account or clarification. Review credentials are supplied privately and are never published on this page.
The public Reviewer Guide identifies what is implemented, what is planned, and the exact workflow that a review recording must demonstrate.
